Location, Location, Location! Welcome to our BEACH / OCEAN FRONT condo home located at the upscale Sandarac Condo Community! Our condo is TRUE Beach Front. Come out of the condo and walk the short pavers walkway right to the sand! We are true ocean/beach (Gulf of Mexico) front, NO sandbar or beach obstructions located between the beach and our building!

Our spacious beach / oceanfront condo (comfortably sleeps 6) is located on the less congested south location of this 7 mile stretch of sandy white beach. The Southern location can’t be beaten as it’s directly on the beach yet convenient to the shopping and restaurants located just across the street.
Just a few short steps out of our condo door to the sandy white sugar like beach, and our large heated swimming pool up against the building and overlooking the beach will warm your soul in the Florida sun. The condo is fully equipped with high-end luxurious bed linens, soft thick bathing towels, beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas, kitchen supplies as well as a full-sized washer and dryer inside of our unit. Our kitchen is equipped with all pots & pans, utensils, dish washer etc. for that “at home ” cooking experience. We also have a commercial grade water filter attached to the kitchen sink so you don’t have to purchase water bottles during your stay. All filters are changed every 6 months to ensure safe drinking.
New high-end tile floors & attractive high-end furniture throughout. The condo is not a typical ‘worn out’ rental, with detailed attention given between each guest to assure that you have a most wonderful vacation stay.
High end super comfortable King bed in master, twin tempur-pedic style beds in guest room. Queen pull out sofa bed in the large great room. We also have a portable Pack & Play for our smallest guests. The master suite has its own dedicated bathroom with a walk-in shower via en suite. A second separate bathroom for your children or guests!
Many extras in our condo including our library of family books, as well as a variety of games, pool/beach toys for the entire family. 3 flat screen smart televisions including a 50-inch flat-screen in the great room. High-speed internet is provided by our condo association. True high speed boasting 500 Mbps down and up.
Several great restaurants and shopping directly across the street at Santini Plaza. The Mid Island Water Sports Company offers cabana rentals directly on our beach, out by the waters edge. Two beach chairs and one umbrella are included with your rental.
Publix grocery store, bike rentals, scooter rentals, public library, miniature golf, dinner movie theater and churches are close to our condo, and we are just 15 miles North of NAPLES, FL – great side trip during your stay! Convenient also to Sanibel Island Beaches and outlet mall.
$0.75 pp trolley with trolley stop in front of our condo allows families to vacation easily without the expense of a car or allow older children some independence during your stay.
For your convenience, a covered, assigned carport parking spot is assigned to our unit with one additional visitor space. Several building elevators, secure building with high tech 24-hour common areas security surveillance.
The condo has both beachfront views and side views of our oversized heated beach front pool, 3 feet to 8 feet deep.
Responsive and attentive property owners (Anne & Tim Lyons) genuinely wants to make sure you have a great time on vacation. Rental minimums for condo association rules do apply. One rental per month. 28 day minimum during season, Jan-Mar, 14 day minimum all other months.
NOTE REGARDING INSTANT BOOKINGS:
Our condo association does not allow any pets or smoking in the building and discourages smoking anywhere on the property. The condo association does have strict rules regarding maximum amount of occupants (6) permitted in the condos at one time.
In the event that you are not finding your desired dates as open on our calendar, please do send us a message so that we may check our calendar. We do occasionally block dates for preventative maintenance services therefore it is possible that we may have additional availability. 401-368-5190
